Sept. 02Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. has lost its appeal to market a generic version of Eli Lilly and Company's osteoporosis drug Evista. US sales of Evista amount to $682 million a year. In 2008, Teva obtained provisional US Food and Drug Administration approval to market generic Evista.
